Teacher appreciation week

What an honor it is to decorate a door and help with the lunches and gifts. I did Mrs. Jensen's door. The theme was trains. Grandma Alcie helped me and a neighbor came up with the cute saying. Mondays lunch theme was Tea Party. I took the kids tea table and tea set. Sat the bear and bunny having tea. Took the crystal punch bowl and used the princess house server for the sandwiches. Michells Toolman brought hats for the animals and brought the lemonade. She is a saint and really takes alot on this week. I am helping her where I can. The luncheon on Friday is Hawaiian theme and I am helping decorate, serve, and making the beverage. This is really fun to be able to help. Dessert is a trifle bar ideas I saw in taste of home. I am sure the teachers will feel pampered. I love staying home so I am able to do some of these great things. There gift is a 15 minute massage, bath salts and a coupon for a car wash. The bath salts, scents, and tubes should arrive tomorrow so I can finish the gifts. There are 50 staff we are making for.
